Singapore Day 1 : Sentosa Island

It's the day !!! Our first oversea trip: Singapore..


Here's a summary of the trip:

9.30am: Departing from Aeroline Sunway Pyramid to Singapore




~ meals were serd around 10 something and a meal box (fried rice, egg with sausages + some vegetables) was given. The rice taste not bad actually but we were bloated with Madam Joyce's breakfast earlier...

~ the bus made a stop at R&R Pagoh and had a toilet break..

3pm: Reached The HarbourFront Centre



~Quickly, we walked over to Sentosa Island through the Boardwalk which costs $1 for island admission.

~Then, reached Festive Hotel and checked in. Were asked to pay a refundable deposit of $200 (well, means we will have $200 for shopping when we checked out)

~then get ready and ate the fried noodles and yong tao fu which we tapao this morning(the noodles went through the custom..ehhe)






5pm: Reached Underwater World Sentosa



~ waited for the 5.45pm seal and dolphin show. well that's one of the main reason I'm here in Singapore ( the pink dolphins)..

~quite a short performance and I pity those animals from the COLD region performing under the HOT SUN! there were limited tickets sold (around 12) for those who wanted to take picture with the pink dolphin. Luckily we sat in front and I just ran to the ticket girl and giving her $32 for 2 tickets. So, even if the front seats are super hot, grab the front seats coz only those people got a chance to squeeze through the lines and get the tickets.. hehehe..

~ in order to take picture with the dolphin, you need to get wet by going into the pool. well, dolphins live in the water and it can't come out of the pool to take a picture with you. No shoes, socks allowed in the pool and hands and feet need to be clean (they will give you some liquid for disinfectant before you enter the pool). Luckily, I was wearing a knee length beach dress and not a long pants, but my dress got wet too.. The dolphin's skin was SLIPPERY!!! Super cool!!! Wash my legs right after I got up from the pool coz the pool water irritates my legs that it started to get itchy... Collected the photo printed from the booth and was super satisfied!!!!

~ walked around the fish tanks and hurried to the next station ....

7.40pm: Song of the Sea

~well, we paid extra $5 for the priority seats (the middle seat). So, there's no need for us to come 1 hour extra to get a place ( coz it's free seating ). We went in 5 minutes before the show started with a nice middle seat waiting for us..










~the show was interesting! Fire + Fireworks + Water Splashing .....



the show ended and we walked through the Merlion Walk to Imbiah Station and take a monorail back to the hotel. Was kinda disappointed coz the Crane Dance was cancelled.. =.=




So, we went for dinner at RUYI since KF was unable to come to Sentosa. Then, went for a stroll around Sentosa Boardwalk before going back to the hotel... Nice scenery around the Boardwalk. Too bad there was no wind.. =.=''''

First post of 2011

Hello, looks like my blog is dead for like 6 months?

Okay, this is gonna be my first post of the year. I'm currently having my sem break.. yes, I've stop blogging for 6 months and had already completed my degree semester 3.. finals just ended last Friday. Many changes had occur for the past 6 months.. like my bf had shift to Subang with me..working a full time job outside and a part time job becoming my maid.. muaahaha.. kidding.. yeah, I've got him to help me to clean and mop my room (>.<^^) hehhe... !!! And I had him to accompany me for breakfast, lunch and dinner , of course supper!. He got one day off each week, so that's the day we go out for shopping and full day makan trip in Klang Valley.. He's a great bf, yeah! we quarrel quite a lot since we meet each other every day and I always WIN!! yeah, he might throw tantrums instead of letting me WIN the fight but few minutes later, he gonna tapao some food or do something to cover back what he had done..

So, I always WIN!! muahah.. I'm that EVIL!!!..
